Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp hot chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 rashers of smoked bacon
- 4 burger buns
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper
Form 4 equal-sized burger patties
Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness
While the burgers are cooking, fry the bacon until crispy
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot chili sauce, and Dijon mustard to create the spicy sauce
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger and close the grill lid to melt the cheese
Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute or until golden brown
Assemble the burgers by spreading the spicy sauce on the bottom half of each bun
Place the cheesy burger on top
Add crispy bacon, sliced red onion, tomato, and shredded lettuce
Top with the other half of the bun and secure each burger with a toothpick
Serve immediately and enjoy the insanity!
